Spring Basket Workshop

Following the success of our christmas doorwreath workshops ( we only planned one, and actually did 3 workshops in the end), we thought it would be a lovely time of year to plan in another, this time using beautiful spring flowers. With Mothers Day only a few days away, it was a lovely present to give to mums, or, as some of our ladies did, booked their mum on the course too.

I like to work to a structured colour palette so decided to base the theme on fresh spring colours - yellow, white and blues. Wanting to give our ladies really lovely flowers to work with, we used spring flowers beauties such as paperwhites, rannuculus, forget me nots, tulips and hyacinths.

I gave my basket shown above to my mum, here are some pics of the ladies creating their masterpieces for their mummys.....

Thankyou to everyone who came and look forward to seeing you on the next one xx

Workshops

Following the success of our doorwreath making workshops last December, we decided it would be a nice idea to hold a Spring Basket Workshop, just in time for Mothers Day .
We will be holding it on -

Wednesday 14th March , 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Thomas Cook Hall, Melbourne

It will be a lovely evening, giving you a chance to be creative and inspired!
All materials are included in the price, the only item you need to bring along is a sharp pair of scissiors.
You will learn about the flowers and foliage you are using, under our tuition you will be able to arrange yourself a lovely trug basket full of spring flowers to take home with you.
And being held on the week of Mothers day we thought this would make a perfect present for you to give your flower basket to your mum or as an alternative why not book you and your mum on the workshop as an unusual gift?

Booking & payment can either be made over the phone or online here

And if you dont believe that your basket will look very good, take a look at the below pictures from our wreath making workshop. All of these were made by beginners and we were all very impressed with the final masterpieces ! Everyone had a lovely time x
