Wedding Flowers - Osmaston, Derbyshire

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of providing these lovely wedding flowers - probably one of our prettiest weddings to date . The overall theme was pretty, soft and feminine - using alot of white flowers with pale pink and nude shades to complement - lots of my favourite roses were used - quicksand, o'hara, David Austin keira - with lovely additions like lily of the valley in the bridal bouquet and big blousey white hydrangeas throughout the church and reception flowers .
Our lovely bride Kelly , provided us with gorgeous props to use - cream milk churns, painted crates - our shop was a floral heaven before delivery ! Everything looked so pretty at the venues in the Derbyshire countryside - Osmaston village church, and Osmaston Park . For the tables, we filled lovely jugs, crates and little jars to complete the prettiness .
It all looked lovely and Im really glad that it was a lovely sunny day to celebrate too !

Vintage Glamour - Combermere Abbey

Back in September we provided flowers for the lovely Natalie & Warren who chose a glamorous vintage theme for their wedding . We used lots of roses, with the addition of succulents , eucalyptus, mint and astrantia to compliment the shade of the bridesmaids dresses.
The wedding was held at the beautiful Combermere Abbey . This was the first time I had visited Combermere and i really loved it . The ceremony itself was held in The Glasshouse, a gorgeous space surrounded by a fruit tree maze . The marquee reception was within a walled garden ,  all very very lovely .
For centrepieces Natalie provided beautiful crystal stands which we dressed with flowers, and lots of lovely distressed silver containers for the top table . All so pretty, so naturally i was delighted when i received some pictures from Natalie of the actual day , its always lovely when we get to see our brides in their wedding dresses….

Thankyou to Natalie and Warren for the 'on the day' pictures, and to Combermere Abbey for being so helpful whilst we were setting up the flowers xx

Amys Pretty Wedding - Shottle Hall

Another lovely shabby chic wedding, this time with a focus on white astilbe, memory lane roses and white anemones .
Love the softness of the colours and the textures together, perfect with the white tulle wedding dress and blush pink bridesmaid dresses.
The tables at Shottle Hall , looked absolutely lovely, with a mixture of varying jugs that Amy had provided, with lace runners & chair backs from Cakey Wakey. A very pretty wedding indeedy.
